I dont usually write reviews however I feel it is really important to share my positive experience. I have always been phobic about dentists and was anxious on arrival to my appointment at West End Dental Llangefni. I was immediately put at ease by the personable and very helpful receptionist . The dentist and dental nurse were very warm and reassuring, I cant believe how relaxed I felt during my examination. Very thorough and quick!! Excellent, person centred service! Wish I had found a dental service like this years ago !
I made my examination appointment and got an email reminder and a phone call reminder, no chance of forgetting and wasting the surgery time! I arrived and was met by very friendly, efficient receptionists. Bang on time I was called through to the surgery. The Dentist was very pleasant and explained everything she was going to do. I was told to raise my hand if I needed her to stop for any reason, l didn't need to and I felt totally at ease. I made another appointment for further treatment and again had excellent treatment by a thorough Dentist assisted by a very good nurse who knew how to suction. All in all a very good experience.
