Extremely poor customer service..I purchased my car from the Llangefni branch a year to the day the engine blown, this completely being their fault have agreed to change the engine at their expense wich is great however,For a problem that isnt even my fault (a car thats done around 37k ford focus eco) They then expect me to pay the price of a hire car, my car has been their now for 3 weeks and every week is costing 250 that I need to rent, in return they given me a date for my car to be returned, only for them to then push it back a further 4 days, I work all over the uk and being without a car means I have no work, so I now have to fork out a further week hire meaning its now cost me 1000 for a problem that isnt even mine...I highly recommend using a different garage, Ive previously used Vauxhall just down the road- who guarantee a courtesy car whenever you have to be without a car! Every time I need an update I have to chase the garage, the inspection was booked in so I phoned them just before closing for them to tell me they did the work yesterday, but have been to busy to make a phone call?!Poor effort wr Davies,
